Responsibilities:
Verify existing mechanical systems compliance, including HVAC, Plumbing & Drainage system, Gas supply, Fire Protection System etc
Lead the audit/inspection/****ing for existing mechanical system ,such as : installation quality, functional ****ing or ****ing witness, etc
Mechanical system design review against Chinese National Code and client specifications.
Mechanical System technical consultant for spot missions.
Provide technical inspection/support during new project construction and commissioning phases.

主要工作職責(zé)：
1、審核既有建筑內(nèi)的機(jī)電系統(tǒng)合規(guī)性，包括暖通空調(diào)、給排水系統(tǒng)、燃?xì)庀到y(tǒng)、消防系統(tǒng)等。
2、帶隊(duì)執(zhí)行既有機(jī)電系統(tǒng)的審核/檢查/測(cè)試，例如：安裝質(zhì)量檢查，功能測(cè)試或測(cè)試見(jiàn)證等。
3、根據(jù)國(guó)家規(guī)范和客戶規(guī)范進(jìn)行機(jī)電系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)審查。
4、擔(dān)任現(xiàn)場(chǎng)機(jī)電系統(tǒng)顧問(wèn)
5、在新項(xiàng)目建設(shè)和調(diào)試階段提供技術(shù)檢查/支持。
6、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)執(zhí)行機(jī)電系統(tǒng)測(cè)試和調(diào)試，如冷水機(jī)、鍋爐、泵、AHU、FCU、VAV、VRV 系統(tǒng)等...
Requirements:
HVAC or Plumbing Bachelor degree or similar
3+ years working experience in construction or facility operation/maintenance
Sound knowledge of Chinese codes and standards
Good team work player
Good reporting skills, proficient in MS Office Software and AutoCAD
Basic English reading and writing skills, spoken English is a plus
Frequent travel and good heath required
Accept flexible working time, sometimes need to full time onsite for 3~6 months.

4、良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神
5、良好的報(bào)告能力，精通MS Office軟件和AutoCAD
6、基本英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力，英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)者優(yōu)先
7、需要經(jīng)常出差和良好的健康狀況
8、接受彈性工作時(shí)間，有時(shí)需要全職現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作3~6個(gè)月。
