Tianjin Bohua Project Management Co., Ltd. is a state-operated joint stock company. Established in 1993, the company is subordinate to Tianjin Bohai Chemical Industry Group Company. The registered capital of the company reaches RMB 3 million Yuan. The company possesses independent legal person status and boasts standard management. In 1996, the company passed the certification of quality management system of GB/T19001-1994-ISO9001: 1995 standard. It is among the first batch of supervision enterprises in Tianjin that have obtained the certificate. In August 2003, our company obtained class-A supervision qualification in housing construction and petrochemical industry with the verification and approval of the Ministry of Construction of China. In 2004, the company also obtained class-A qualification for supervision of municipal works, road construction and bridge works. In recent years, the business areas of the company have kept expanding. In 2009, the company obtained the qualification of bidding agency on the basis of three class-A qualifications.
天津市博華工程建設(shè)監(jiān)理有限公司是國營股份制單位，成立于1993年。隸屬天津市渤?；ぜ瘓F(tuán)公司。公司注冊資金300萬元人民幣，具有獨立法人地位。公司管理規(guī)范，1996年就通過了GB/T19001-1994-ISO9001：1994標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的質(zhì)量管理體系的認(rèn)證，是天津市監(jiān)理首批獲證的企業(yè)之一。2003年8月經(jīng)國家建設(shè)部審核、批準(zhǔn)我公司在房屋建筑及石油化工行業(yè)為甲級監(jiān)理資質(zhì)，2004年又獲得市政、道路、橋梁工程監(jiān)理的甲級資質(zhì)。幾年來，公司業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域不斷擴(kuò)展，在三甲基礎(chǔ)上，2009年又增加了招標(biāo)代理資質(zhì)。
The company is abundant in human resources. Currently, the company owns 25 certified national supervision engineers, 5 certified national budgeting specialists, and five certified national grade-1 builders. It is equipped with 17 employees with senior titles and 31 employees with medium titles in each specialty. Thus, a sustainably developing talent team has been formed.

During the past 18 years since the establishment, the market coverage of the company has expanded from Tianjin to Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hebei, Shandong, Sichuan, etc. with the joint efforts made by all the working staff. The company has set foot in various industries including municipal public utilities, roads & bridges, gas, environmental protection, heat supply, petrochemical industry, inorganic chemical industry, organic chemical industry, fine chemical engineering, dye, medicine, food, light industry, storage, civil architecture, etc.. In particular, the company has accumulated certain experience and achieved accomplishments in the supervision of roads & bridges area and petrochemical engineering area. For example, we are present supervising the 15KM Jinbei Road Project in Tianjin Airport Industrial Park. This project starts from Jishan Contact Line on the west and reaches Dongjin Road on the east. The red line is 60M wide. There are two underpasses, seven river-crossing bridges and matched construction such as water discharge, illumination, afforestation and traffic engineering. The scope of supervision extends from the single construction stage to the design stage. The total investment of the project reaches RMB 1.5 billion Yuan.
公司成立18年來，在全體員工的共同努力下，市場覆蓋已從天津擴(kuò)展到江蘇、浙江、廣東、廣西、河北、山東、四川等地。涉及行業(yè)有市政公用、道路橋梁、燃?xì)狻h(huán)保、供熱、石油化工、無機(jī)化工、有機(jī)化工、精細(xì)化工、染料、醫(yī)藥、食品、輕工、倉儲以及民用建筑等領(lǐng)域，尤其在道路橋梁及化工石油工程領(lǐng)域的監(jiān)理工作積累了一定的業(yè)績。如我們在監(jiān)的天津空港產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)15KM的津北路工程。該工程西起薊汕聯(lián)絡(luò)線，東至東金路，紅線寬度60M，地道兩座，跨河橋七座，配套建設(shè)排水、照明、綠化、交通工程等，監(jiān)理范圍由單一的施工階段向上延伸到設(shè)計階段，工程總投資達(dá)15億元人民幣。
In order to improve the management level and the competitiveness of the enterprise, our company completed the upgrading certification of 2008 standard on the basis of the 2000 system document according to the requirements of “Quality Management System GB/T19001-2008-ISO9001: 2008 Standard” in January 2010. In December 2010, in order to further regulate the management, our company conducted the application for certifications of Environmental Management System of GB/T24001-2004-ISO14001: 2004 Standard and Occupational Health and Safety Management System of GB/T28001-2001 Standard. In January 6, 2011, the company passed the certification of three-standard integration, which indicated that the management level of the company reached a new height. The company will further improve employees’ awareness of “Customers as Focus” and excellently enhance the supervision services to raise the satisfaction of the customers on the basis of integration of three certificates.
為了提高企業(yè)管理水平，增強(qiáng)企業(yè)競爭力，我公司于2010年1月根據(jù)“質(zhì)量管理體系GB/T19001-2008-ISO9001：2008標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”要求，在2000版體系文件的基礎(chǔ)上完成了2008標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的升版認(rèn)證。2010年12月，我公司為進(jìn)一步規(guī)范管理，進(jìn)行了GB/T24001-2004-ISO14001：2004標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的《環(huán)境管理體系》及GB/T28001-2001標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的《職業(yè)健康安全管理體系》的認(rèn)證申請，2011年1月6日三標(biāo)一體通過認(rèn)證，這預(yù)示著公司的管理水平又上升到了一個新的高度。公司將在取得三證合一的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)一步提高全員以“顧客為關(guān)注焦點”的理念，做好監(jiān)理服務(wù)，提高顧客的滿意度。
